Known originally as the lead singer of “Good Charlotte”, Benji Madden has transformed into more of a celebrity rich guy in recent years. Plenty of younger people no longer know him for his music and instead only know him as the guy married to Cameron Diaz with all the money. Well now they’ve got another reason to know him: he’s got a huge head tattoo!
The new ink looks like some kind of geometrical illuminate symbol thing. It’s a bunch of triangles attached to a skull…basically. It’s a little more intricate than that, but we’re not quite sure what it’s supposed to represent. It’s well done actually, I’m just not a fan of the placement or the vague subject matter. Congrats either way Benji!
Chris Brown is back at it again folks! The rapper, graffiti artist, and all around not-great guy has a new tattoo…on his head!
Actually, it’s two tattoos that are linked together…
He got them in August of 2015, and no one really knows why. His original Instagram post about the ink stated that he”Does what the f— I want”, so uhhhh…yeah. Rebellion against a society that doesn’t like you because of heinous actions (RE: Rhianna’s face) isn’t a great reason to get your darn head inked up. However, it’s his life, and the Bull and Venus De Milo (?) are very well done, so from a tattoo perspective, good job Chris.
Kanye West has some new tattoos, and according to her wife Kim Kardashian, they were almost in the most awesomely bad of places. On a recent trip to London, the “Yeezus” artist and hater of all things Beck and Taylor Swift related decided to pay a 4am visit to the Sang Bleu tattoo parlor for a little body art. According to Kim, Kanye wanted to have the new ink put on his face, right up by his hairline. He even had the artist stencil designs onto him before his large bottomed love convinced him to put the ink onto his wrists instead. The final products were the birthdays of his beloved mother and his baby daughter n roman numerals, and they look great. To be honest, I’m a bit disappointed that he didn’t get his face done; that would’ve been the perfect level of insanity for my tastes. Well, he’s bound to snap and get something put on his grill someday, and now that he’s got his sweet ideas out of the way, maybe he’ll get a really weird tattoo on his forehead…a man can dream folks.
It takes a special kind of person to get a tattoo on his or her head, and that special kind of person is usually especially frightening; so even though he is no longer a high level Mixed Martial Artist, Chuck Liddell’s head tattoo makes sure he will always be intimidating. However, the former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Light-Heavyweight Champion of the World and UFC Hall of Famer’s ink actually has a niver meaning. In Liddell’s own words, “It says Koei-Kan which is the martial arts style I started in first. It means a place of peace and prosperity.”. Liddell also has a creepy looking fighter-guy on his shoulder that says “Kempo” (another martial art) under it, and that one is their just to show his love for the art that made him millions and madehim a legend. Chuck Liddell may not be on top anymore, but his tattoos will forever be champions in our book, and we still wouldn’t want to run into him a dark ally…he seems to nice to hurt us, but now that we’ve wrote this, it might be awkward.
Some are speculating that Jamie Foxx’s new head tattoos were just temporary for the recent movie Horrible Bosses. While the tats fit in well with his role in the movie (a character named MotherF#@!&er Jones), it also fits in with Foxx’s previous tattoos. He already had a semi-circle going around the back of his head and big tribal work on his back, wrapping around his shoulders. Other people say the top-o-the-head design is a receding scalp cover up. I guess we’ll find out soon enough if they are real or not, although movie makeup may cover it for any particular role that it doesn’t fit in with. Either way, the the designs look good to me (much more interesting than the rather boring tribal work on his back) and might be a good strategy if his hairline is going.
Tattoo designs from dragons to butterflies, angles to demons, on the skin of the famous.
